Party and Tent Rental Policy:

RATES:
The rates on this website are based on a one-day event. Multiple day events are subject to an additional fee.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid prior to delivery.

DELIVERY:
Most tent and party delivery / setups are done on Friday and pickups are done on Monday during normal working hours. Delivery is an additional charge based on your location, please call the store for exact price, typically $60.00 - 80.00. We can arrange after hour or weekend delivery for and additional fee. The dance floor and all tents with the exception of the EZ-UP's must be delivered and set up by us.


RESPONSIBILITY:
Any permits or licenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

It is the customers sole responsibility to disclose and clearly mark the presence and locations of any underground conditions such as but not limited to water and gas lines, sprinkler systems, phone, cable or computer lines and or any type of tank. The failure by the customer to disclose the presence and location of any underground conditions fully absolves West Trenton Hardware llc, it's employee's and agents for any personal injury  or property damage associated with the underground condition.

Customer is responsible for any damaged or missing items.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

3 weeks or more in advance - no charge
2 weeks in advance - 10% of total rental
1 week in advance - 25% of total rental
